Any order over 30 bundles must be made a week in advance. It is the reseller’s responsibility to check hair product for any defects in the hair.
Reseller can co-wash hair with seal intact to check for any defects. Due to the nature of all products are final. No Exchanges or Refunds on wholesale orders. All sales are conducted in US currency. We suggest you make a sample order so you can be sure of what you are ordering. Xclusive Virgin Hair does not take responsibility for reseller customer’s issues.
A guarantee contract must be established if you require a specific amount of bundles in a set amount of time on a consistent basis. Guarantee contract established you will have your ordered bundles ready without delay. Please contact us if you are interested in a guarantee contract.

All orders are sent via USPS and UPS with a required signature. You have an option of standard shipping or priority shipping. We will supply a tracking # as soon as shipment is sent. Retail Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Wholesale orders can take up to 7 business days.
You can purchase a minimum of 3 bundles only on 1st order at wholesale pricing. For more information email firstname.lastname@example.org.
X Virgin Hair is unprocessed hair that is NOT manufactured. Therefore, each bundle will not be uniform. For xclusive India hair the customer is purchasing hair from an individual donor. Hair is available in straight, wavy, and curly. Sometimes curly hair in shorter lengths are unavailable to new customers due to the demand being so high and shorter supply of hair. For Peruvian and Brazilian Virgin hair the quality is 7A-8A grade.
